In Oswestry, Shropshire.
We started as a small high street shop selling mobile phones and
top-ups, and grew from there into a full-scale telecoms and IT
company. In 2007, we expanded into web and email hosting, and our
sister company Certa Hosting continues to provide business hosting
services from our Oswestry office. As the business grew, we moved
from our premises on Mile Oak Industrial Estate to our current home
at 81 Beatrice Street, in Oswestry town centre.
Today we support hundreds of businesses across Shropshire, Wrexham,
Powys, North Wales and Mid Wales — offering a business mobile phone
plans, VoIP office phone systems, business broadband, IT support,
and web and email hosting, all backed by a dedicated account manager
and a Shropshire-based support team.

We began our journey as a small high-street store, offering mobile phones & prepaid top-ups to local customers. Our focus on personal service and reliability quickly built a loyal client base, laying the foundation for the business we have today.
With businesses becoming increasingly reliant on fast and stable internet connections, we introduced broadband and IT sales to our range of services. This enabled us to support clients with both connectivity and hardware, helping them stay productive and ready for the evolving digital landscape.
Recognising the shift towards cloud-based communications, we launched Business VoIP systems to provide flexible and cost-effective hosted phone solutions.
To strengthen our technical expertise and provide faster support, we built a dedicated in-house IT team. This development allowed us to deliver fully managed IT services, maintenance and tailored technology solutions.
Operating from our 1700 sq ft premises on Beatrice Street, we specialise in business mobile, landlines, hosted IP, and IT services, delivering complete communications and IT solutions under one roof. We are continuing to grow.
As our customer base continued to grow, we expanded our offering by introducing business landlines to our portfolio. This allowed us to provide more complete and reliable communication packages, supporting local companies with dependable fixed-line solutions alongside our existing services.
As demand for our business services continued to rise, we relocated our growing team to a dedicated office on the industrial estate. This move gave us the space needed to better support our expanding client base and the move to B2B services.
As online presence became essential for modern businesses, we introduced professional email and web hosting services. From secure email platforms to reliable website hosting, we expanded our digital capabilities to ensure clients could manage their communications and online operations with confidence.
With continued growth across our services, we moved into our new premises on Beatrice Street. The larger space accommodated our expanding team, positioning us to continue supporting businesses with complete communications and IT solutions under one roof.
